How do I apply for one on one coaching?
Applications for online coaching packages can be found under the online coaching heading in the main menu. Application forms are in depth so to best tailor custom plans for each client. However, if you have any questions or concerns about personal requirements/capabilities you can contact me here.
How do I access my online account?
Online accounts are manually setup for all applicants that complete the coaching application form. Specific instructions on how to access and use the portal will be available within the coaching booklet provided.
Are you a personal Trainer?
Yes, I am a fully qualified personal trainer, however I do not train in-gym. All of my services are online only.
I don’t live locally – can I still receive training?
The beauty of the DHF online coaching system is that it is designed to provide accessible, personalised coaching to anyone, anywhere in the world.
I have further questions / concerns, where can I contact you?
If you are a client, you can contact me through the private messaging system within the portal. For non-client inquiries, you can contact me anytime here, and I will aim to get back to you within 1 – 2 business days.
